The Carter Group, Mr. Carter served as a Vice President Human
Resources for two publicly held, global NYSE companies. In addition
to executive search, he has successfully consulted management in
Executive Compensation; Morale Assessments; Organizational Analysis
and Development; Organizational Downsizing; Outplacement; Total
Quality Management (TQM); Employment, Employee Relations, and Human
Resource Management to name a few.

Iain C Martindale
has over thirty years international human capital experience,
partnering and consulting with business leaders, while working and
living in China, Singapore, Japan, France, UK, Germany and USA. His
experience includes developing and leading international HR
organizations in Semiconductor, Telecoms, Aerospace, Automotive and
Manufacturing environments. He has recruited for Executive
positions in Asia, Europe and
Iain brings a wealth of international experience to the table with
an established network of leadership professionals around the world.
His areas of expertise include Executive and Senior Management
Recruiting, Learning and Organizational Development, Compensation
and Benefits, Performance Management, and Team Building, all
underpinned by a strong cultural awareness and capability in the
international arena.
Iain graduated in Aeronautical Engineering with the Royal Air Force
and Loughborough College; practitioner of the Institute of Work

Richard S.
Burgess has extensive international business experience and
accomplishments in privately and publicly held companies in the
computer, telecommunications, automotive, logistics-distribution,
and audio electronics industries. His broad experience includes
roles as General Manager of P&L manufacturing operations, Senior
Vice President of Human Resources, and CIO/Vice President of
Information Technology.
Richard brings an integrated and comprehensive approach to
delivering the best talent and talent management value to clients of
The Carter Group. His areas of expertise include certifications as a
Compensation Professional (CCP) specializing in Executive
Compensation, Professional/Executive Coach, The Leadership Circle
360 Feedback process, and The Leadership Culture Survey.

Dr. Ralph Jauss

Dr. Jauss studied Business Administration and obtained a Doctorate. In his long professional career he has worked in different leading management positions for renown companies in the transport industry, professional services as well as in the financial sector. Ralph Jauss has vast experience in the executive search field, mainly catering to the German corporate world.

Based in Singapore, he is fully responsible for operations and project management in this region. In addition to his background in executive search, he worked in various countries in Asia and gained extensive experience in business development, marketing & sales functions, as well as in market entry consulting and executive management. Maik Richter holds a Master Degree in Business Management East Asia.
